Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) — A beer for veterans, by veterans, is making its way to Minnesota and North Dakota.Soon you’ll see Veteran Beer Company on your local liquor store shelf.
The company started last Veteran’s Day, making two brews in Cold Spring, Minnesota, but until now has only been available in Indiana and Illinois.
Within the next 3 weeks, “blonde bomber” and “veteran” will be available. All of the brews are American made.
“The company was started by disabled veterans, said Josh Ray, Veteran Beer Company’s Minnesota director. “It’s all about changing the momentum of veteran unemployment. 10% of our net profits go toward veteran’s charities.”
A six pack from Veteran Beer Company will cost about $9.
